Adult Day Program
The Adult Day Program at Cedar Cottage Neighbourhood House provides supportive, culturally inclusive health, social stimulation, and therapeutic recreation to older adults with physical and/or cognitive challenges who live in the community by themselves or with caregivers.
Using a person-centred approach to care, we strive to develop opportunities to build and enhance relationships, to maintain and support skills, and to access resources.

Games and Crafts
Join us for a casual afternoon of games and crafts with other seniors in our community. Bring a book, your knitting, a deck of cards or a board game to share. Coffee and tea will be available.
